Product & Sizing FAQ

How do I choose the right glove size?

Every glove style fits slightly differently, so we always recommend checking the size guide on each product page. As a general rule, sizing will be a measurement around your knuckles (excluding the thumb) or between wrist and top of middle finger. Then compare with our charts. If you're between sizes, most customers prefer the larger size for comfort, but this can impact touch sensitivity.

Are your gloves touchscreen friendly?

Yes — the vast majority of our gloves include touchscreen-friendly fingertips so you can use your phone, stopwatch or favourite app without removing them.

Do your gloves stretch with wear?

Most eGLOVEs have a little natural give, but they shouldn’t become loose. Our synthetic leather and technical fabrics are designed to maintain their shape while providing a snug, performance-led fit. The GripPro Leather range (excluding Western) do stretch - and we recommend dropping down a size on those.

How warm are your winter gloves?

Warmth guidance is shown on each product. For example, our eQUEST Waterproof gloves are warm above -3°C, while our fleece-lined winter running gloves are warm above -2°C. This helps you pick the right glove for your climate and activity.

Let us have your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply quickly with the return instructions.

Items should be unused, clean, and in their original packaging. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange straight away.

What if there’s a fault with my gloves?

Quality issues are extremely rare, but if something isn’t right, please email us at orders@eglove.co.uk with photos and your order number. We’re an award-winning brand known for excellent service, and we will resolve the issue quickly.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we are always happy to offer an exchange if you'd prefer!

What is your returns period?

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. We extend that for the Christmas period - anything purchased in November and December can be returned before 31st January.

We're always happy to look at returns even if technically they are out of date - we operate a pretty flexible policy and will help if we can.

Do you offer free returns?

When you raise a return request we provide a returns label, we also cover the postage cost of exchanges.
