Delivery Update - December 2023
Standard delivery items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or an equivalent such as EVRI if there are issues with Royal Mail). Sometimes for speed or stock reasons we may use a fulfilment partner such as Amazon UK Logistics.
If this speed of service isn't quick enough - please choose a service that is more appropriate for your needs.
Christmas 2023 - Last Postage dates as advised by Royal Mail (but we’ll always try and use the best option to get things to you in time for the big day!)
- Tuesday 19th December (RM Tracked 24)
- Thursday 21st December (RM Special Delivery)
Non UK Delivery - Non UK delivery (especially into the EU) has become a little bit of a nightmare. Costs have risen, and paperwork increased. We always do our best, but keep in mind you may have to pay additional Duties and Fees depending on your location. Sadly, we’ve recently had to increase our charges in line with Airmail increases.
Orders are normally shipped the working day after the day of ordering - but we will always do our best to dispatch even more quickly than that.
Please note that during August we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your purchase (or you've just changed your mind about it) please complete this form and we'll send you a return code and details to include with your return parcel.
We're pretty relaxed about returns - but standard returns items should be returned within 30 days (unless faulty). Any items purchased in December benefit from our EXTENDED RETURNS period which means items should be returned by 31st January.
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for an alternative size, please provide details.
Faulty Items - We test all of our gloves thoroughly, but on the odd occasion they may develop a fault. We offer a no quibble 12 month warranty to protect you in these circumstances! Just follow the process above, but also please send us pictures of the damage and remind us of your details so we can send you replacements!
