Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Standard delivery items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or an equivalent such as EVRI if there are issues with Royal Mail). Sometimes for speed or stock reasons we may use a fulfilment partner such as Amazon UK Logistics.
If this speed of service isn't quick enough - please choose a service that is more appropriate for your needs.

Non UK Delivery - Non UK delivery is provided "Delivered duty UNPAID" at this time. We always do our best to get it to you quickly and suggest a tracked service, but keep in mind you may have to pay additional Duties and Fees depending on your location.
Orders are normally shipped the working day after the day of ordering - but we will always do our best to dispatch even more quickly than that.
Please note that during August we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
ONLINE STORE RETURNS
Changed you mind? If the item purchased is not for you, we offer a generous 180-day refund policy, and a 365-day exchange policy on all full price items bought directly from us. All we ask is the items are unworn, and in a resellable condition with all of the original packaging included, and a order reference number. This is relevant to all items bought online. If the items are not returned to us in the same condition we sent it out to you in, unfortunately we will not be able to process the refund or exchange you wish to receive - although we appreciate they may have been tried on.
Any items purchased in December benefit from our EXTENDED RETURNS period which means the dates above start on the 31st January.
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for an alternative size, please provide details.
Faulty Items - We test all of our gloves thoroughly, but on the odd occasion they may develop a fault. We offer a no quibble 12 month warranty to protect you in these circumstances. Just follow the process above, but also please send us pictures of the damage and remind us of your details so we can send you replacements. A proof of purchase will be required.
SHOWS & POPUPS RETURNS
If you have purchased from a show at the regular show price, the above applies, the only exception is where we have clearance / end of line / seconds in a "bargain bin". These are sold as seen, and are not included in the returns policy, although where appropriate we will may be able to offer store credit.
ALL Refunds will be processed 5-10 business days from the return being received / approved, and must be refunded to the payment method originally used.
