Delivery
Standard UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or an equivalent service such as EVRI if there are issues with Royal Mail). Occasionally, for speed or stock reasons, we may dispatch using a fulfilment partner such as Amazon UK Logistics.
If you require your order more quickly, please select a faster delivery option at checkout.
Christmas 2026 delivery dates will be published closer to the time.

Special Delivery Guaranteed
Orders are normally dispatched the working day after ordering, although we always do our best to ship sooner whenever possible.
Please note that during August we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
EU & Rest of World Delivery
International shipments are currently sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees depending on your country.
We recommend selecting a tracked delivery service wherever possible.
USA Delivery
Orders to the USA are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail – Duties Paid, meaning there should be no additional duties or taxes to pay on delivery.
Online Store Returns
If you change your mind, we offer a 90-day refund or exchange period on full-price items purchased directly from our website.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

Unworn

In sellable condition

Returned with all original packaging

Accompanied by an order reference number
Items returned in a condition different from how they were originally sent cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Trying gloves on to check size and fit is of course absolutely fine.

Extended Christmas Returns
Items purchased during December benefit from our extended returns period, with the standard 90-day window beginning on 31 January.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your gloves for a different size or style, simply include the details of the replacement item when returning your order.
eGLOVE Performance & Warranty
Our gloves are designed as performance equipment for riding, running and outdoor sport, and are tested extensively before sale.
Riding gloves experience friction from reins, tack and regular use. With frequent riding, gloves typically last 6-9 months depending on riding style, rein contact and frequency of use.
30-Day Comfort Guarantee
If your gloves don’t feel right or the size isn’t correct, you can return them within 30 days of purchase provided they are unworn and in sellable condition.
Performance Promise
If your gloves develop an unexpected fault within 6 months of purchase, we will happily review them and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Manufacturing Warranty
All eGLOVE gloves are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Normal Wear & Tear
Because gloves are exposed to reins, tack and outdoor conditions, the following are considered normal wear and are not faults:

Rein friction wear on fingers or palms

Fabric thinning from heavy use

Damage caused by yard work or manual labour

Holes caused by nails or sharp objects

Shows & Pop-Up Events Returns
Items purchased at shows at the standard retail price are covered by the same policy as online purchases.
Items purchased from clearance, end-of-line or “bargain bin” stock are sold as seen and are not eligible for return. In some cases we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and approved.
Refunds will always be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Hoe lang duurt de levering (VK)?
We verzenden gewoonlijk binnen 1 werkdag. We bieden dan 3 verschillende opties aan:
- Standaardverzending - Royal Mail Tracked 48 levering is doorgaans 2 - 3 werkdagen nadat uw bestelling is ingepakt.
- Expressverzending - Royal Mail Tracked 24 levering vindt meestal de volgende dag na verzending plaats, maar dit wordt niet gegarandeerd door Royal Mail.
- Volgende dag gegarandeerd (indien besteld voor 11.45 uur, maandag - donderdag) - Als uw bestelling vóór 11.45 uur is geplaatst, zorgen wij ervoor dat uw zending in het systeem zit en voldoet aan de Royal Mail garantie voor levering de volgende dag. LET OP - Bestellingen op vrijdag zijn NIET gegarandeerd voor levering op zaterdag. Deze worden normaal gesproken op maandag geleverd.
Bieden jullie levering de volgende dag aan?
Ja, opties voor levering de volgende dag zijn mogelijk, afhankelijk van het bestelmoment en de bestemming.
Hoeveel kost de verzending?
Verzendkosten worden bij het afrekenen berekend op basis van bestemming en geselecteerde service.
Kan ik mijn afleveradres wijzigen nadat ik heb besteld?
Als je bestelling nog niet is verzonden, neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op en we zullen ons best doen om je te helpen.
Verzenden jullie ook internationaal?
Ja, we hebben klanten over de hele wereld en verzenden graag wereldwijd. De internationale levertijden en -kosten variëren per land.
Moet ik douanekosten betalen?
Voor bestellingen uit de VS verzenden we nu inclusief invoerrechten, dus er zullen geen andere kosten van toepassing zijn. Voor andere bestemmingen kunnen douanerechten/belastingen van toepassing zijn en deze zijn verschuldigd door de ontvanger. We raden aan om de lokale regels te controleren voordat u bestelt.
Mijn bestelling staat als geleverd, maar ik kan hem niet vinden
