Product availability
Due to the speed of sales, availability of featured items cannot be guaranteed.
Overseas orders
For non-EU countries and BFPOs, eGlove can deduct the VAT. For EU countries VAT is charged at the normal rate of 20%. All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling.
Secure payments
You can pay by: Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Maestro. Your credit card details are submitted via a secure socket. You can therefore complete the payment form confident in the knowledge that your credit card details will remain private. Credit card transactions are pre-authorised at time of order and processed after we've confirmed the goods you've ordered are available and ready for dispatch.
Delivery
UK orders are dispatched Royal Mail parcel post, depending on the size of the order - please allow 48 - 72 hours for dispatch, excluding weekends. Should any item be delayed eGlove will inform you of the expected delivery date.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unworn) within 14 days for a refund.
